Great hotel, brand new, very clean. Lovely helpful staff and good amenities. Close to the beach and bars and restaurants. Wish we had stayed a little longer. Free upgrade was a nice surprise. Would definitely stay again.

Great boutique convenient hotel. Excellent front desk open 24/7 - Brian was especially helpful and professional. Renovated modern suite with plenty of space. Very clean, stylish rooms. King size bed was perfect - soft and supportive. Sheets were high quality. A/C worked perfect and had remote controls in each room. Room internet was fast, easy to access and reliable. Just over the bridge to Siesta Key. Recommended!

We sayed here for a weekend getaway as friends had a condo on the beach, so most of our time was spent away only sleeping here. The front desk staff was very nice and approachable. The room was a kitchenette style, though more than we needed as it was just the 2 of us, but all appliances worked and A/C was blowing cold. Need that for Florida in June. The only disappointed for us was the firmness of the bed. It was very hard, and seemed to hit all those uncomfortable pressure points on the body. Other than our own personal comfort style when sleeping we did enjoy the Hibiscus. The room was nice and clean. Nothing broken and no bugs. So we were pleased with our stay.

This is truly a hidden gem in siesta key! This hotel had all you could ever need. The kitchen had plenty to make home made meals, fridge was full size, plenty of utensils and pot/pans. Living room and dining room were plenty for a family of 3. The bedroom was spacious and beds were very comfortable. Full size bathroom and vanity with chair. The pool was amazing, the hotel offers plenty of towel, toys and have a grill available. The office offers fresh coffee 24 hours a day. The front staff was super friendly and gave you all the information on surrounding area activities. They have plenty of parking and offer frog hop, which takes you anywhere you want to go (on siesta key).

We stayed here for one night and had a great experience. Lovely service from both members of staff we encountered, making sure we had a full understanding of the area, and calling the free frog hop service for us. There were free towels, chairs and umbrellas available for the beach which was a lovely touch. The rooms were spacious and great value for money for the price. Parking was handy and the location was great. Would massively recommend hibiscus suites to anyone visiting Siesta Key.

Chose this hotel as a last minute one night trip to Sarasota area. The location is perfect if you're going into the siesta key Beach area if you don't want to stay on the strip. The rooms are basic however very clean and our bed was very comfortable. We had a good night's sleep and I would say it was quiet other than just a few footsteps overhead. This is a basic hotel with a pool and extremely convenient. The coffee in the rooms is not good at all. Toiletries are small but enough for a one-night stay. Linens were nice and crisp clean and comfortable. I would stay here again.

We loved it here! We're a 2 minute drive to the action in Siesta Key! Modern, clean rooms, towels & toys & umbrellas & chairs to take to the beach. No breakfast, but very low price and close to lots of breakfast places, plus a full kitchen! We usually made our own breakfast!

My daughter and I came here a couple of weeks ago. The price was unbelievable! The room is SO clean, zero bug issues, and the front desk staff especially Casey are SO friendly. The location was perfect, it is a quick drive to the beach or you can take a shuttle called Frog Hop. We used that on our last 2 days and wish we had done it sooner! When we got back home, which is 9 hours away, my daughter discovered she accidentally left her stuffed elephant at the hotel. The elephant means a lot to her, it belonged to my sister who passed away a few years ago. I called first thing the next morning and Casey answered the phone and took down all of my information and a couple of days later the GM Jack called me to let me know he was mailing it. It came today! I hope they continue with the affordable prices even thought they are updating things because we definitely plan on coming back annually!
